A North Dakota / Minnesota-based window & door leader is adding a Project Manager to its 5-person team to oversee multi-family projects across the Southwest. This is a remote role based in Arizona, Texas, or New Mexico, with occasional travel to job sites (~1–2x/month).
Responsibilities
• Own project delivery: scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and close-out
• Act as the day-to-day point for owners/GCs; run progress meetings and updates
• Coordinate submittals, procurement, deliveries, installation sequencing, and punch lists
• Partner with field teams and subs to resolve issues and keep milestones on track
• Maintain accurate documentation and change management
Qualifications
• Prior experience in window/door projects or general construction PM (required)
• Track record delivering multi-family work
• Clear, confident client communication; strong scheduling and cost control
• Willing/able to travel to sites 1–2x per month
Role Details
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8–5 (local time)
• Compensation: $80,000–$125,000 DOE and based on market location
• Location: Remote—AZ, TX, or NM; travel as needed for project milestones
