THE OPPORTUNITY
Talent One has been retained to secure a Commercial Real Estate Transaction Coordinator for an established real estate operation based in Providence, Rhode Island.
This role is mission-critical. You will manage transactions from contract to close, serving as the central point of coordination between lenders, buyers, sellers, homeowners, and agents. Precision, follow-through, and communication are non-negotiable.
THE MANDATE
You will be embedded in the deal flow, ensuring transactions move efficiently, compliantly, and without breakdowns.
• Own the full lifecycle of commercial real estate transactions from contract through closing.
• Serve as the primary liaison between lenders, buyers, sellers, agents, and property owners to ensure alignment and momentum.
• Prepare, review, and track contracts, closing documents, lender requirements, and timelines with zero tolerance for missed details.
• Maintain deal pipelines 20+, deadlines, and documentation to keep all parties accountable and informed.
REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for reliability and ownership.
• Proven experience supporting real estate transactions (commercial preferred; strong residential considered).
• Comfortable managing multiple active deals simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interface confidently with lenders and external stakeholders.
• Highly organized, detail-driven, and process-oriented.
• On-site availability in Providence is required.
