YCharts is a fintech company empowering wealth managers to make smarter investment decisions through its SaaS platform. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for driving sales success by identifying and qualifying potential clients, educating them about the company's offerings, and establishing positive client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Identify, create, and respond to defined accounts via phone and email (inbound + outbound sales opportunities)
- Qualify interested financial advisors and introduce them to YCharts Account Executives
- Educate prospective clients on YCharts' sales process to establish positive client relationships
- Actively participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions
Skills
- Prior sales training and/or experience with cold/warm calling
- Experience in fintech or within the financial advisor community is a plus
- A proactive, personable, and approachable demeanor with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results
- Grit, determination, and a positive attitude, with strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly over the phone
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field a plus
