The Associate Accounting Analyst will perform professional accounting duties, serve as a subject matter expert on travel-related matters, and support various accounting functions within the department.
Responsibilities
- Perform the most difficult professional accounting duties by utilizing technical expertise and analytical skills
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) and primary point of contact on all matters related to travel
- Process direct transfers
- Review and approve AP vouchers
- Serve as an Attendance Coordinator for the branch
- Support the General Ledger desk
Skills
- Completed applications and all required documents must be received or postmarked by the Final Filing Date in order to be considered
- Current version of the State Examination/Employment Application STD Form 678 (when not applying electronically), or the Electronic State Employment Application through your Applicant Account at www.CalCareers.ca.gov
