Role Overview As our AI Solutions Architect, you own the front end of every client engagement. You’re Arcovo’s expert in the room from the very first conversation: leading discovery sessions, mapping business processes, identifying AI opportunities, and designing the solutions that become our clients’ AI workforce. Every engagement produces two outputs you’re responsible for: a strategic document written in language a non-technical executive can act on, and a technical specification that guides our engineering team through implementation. You collaborate closely with engineers to make sure every solution you design can actually be built, and you present those designs to client stakeholders with clarity and confidence. This is not a sales role. But you will be the reason clients say yes. Key Responsibilities Client Discovery & Solution Design Documentation & Delivery Team Contribution • Lead structured discovery sessions with client teams to surface business problems, process gaps, and AI opportunity areas. • Facilitate process walkthroughs with client stakeholders, translating how work actually gets done into clear AI design requirements. • Design end-to-end AI solutions with our engineering team, thinking in workflows, data flows, integrations, and outcomes. • Produce a strategic client document for every engagement that articulates the AI opportunity in business language. • Author the Technical Specification that defines architecture, data flows, and implementation approach for the engineering team. • Present solution designs to executive stakeholders in a clear, compelling, and confidence-building way. • Pressure-test designs with engineers for feasibility before the client ever sees them. • Contribute to discovery methodology, SOPs, and internal best practices as we grow. Required Skills & Experience Business Analysis & Discovery (required) • 3+ years in business analysis, solutions architecture, process improvement, or a closely related discipline • Demonstrated experience leading requirements discovery and process walkthroughs with non-technical stakeholders • Proven ability to translate operational complexity into clear, actionable documentation • Cross-functional experience across domains such as finance, HR, operations, or information systems Communication & Client Management (required) • Exceptional written communication: you write documents people actually want to read and act on. • Comfortable presenting to executive audiences and leading live client sessions. • Fluent at moving between technical requirements and business language without losing either audience. Nice to Have • Familiarity with LLM platforms and modern AI tooling. • Background in consulting or client-facing advisory roles. • Experience writing technical specifications or solution design documents.
