People Inc. is looking for an Ad Operations Associate to manage the setup, performance, and delivery of its advertising campaigns. The role involves coordinating digital advertising campaigns, collaborating with sales support departments, and ensuring optimal performance and delivery for clients.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the set up and trafficking of digital advertising campaigns: display, video, newsletters in Google Ad Manager (GAM)
- Trafficking and revisions of new and existing opportunities: execute push from the order management system to ad server: GAM (Google Ad Manager)
- Partner with other sales support departments including Account Strategy, Revenue Operations, Client Activation on campaigns and programs
- Process revisions and optimizations toward client goals, requests, performance and delivery
- Maintain pre and post-launch processes including debug and reporting of issues with delivery, performance, discrepancies
- Be or become a subject matter expert in areas of interest
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and/or experience
- 1-2 Years In Ad Operations/digital Media, Or Related Experience
- Work under tight time restrictions with the ability to multitask
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office applications, ie. Excel
- Technical mindset a plus
- Positive, up-beat, can-do attitude
- Experience in technical QA and troubleshooting
- Experience in custom site-served trafficking
- Familiarity with verification vendors and partners
- Experience working in ticketing systems
- Being process oriented
